Congratulations to our teams for another super year of football. Despite our pitches being unavailable for long periods during the season, everyone has made a great effort to help complete the fixtures.
Some of our teams have had success in their respective Leagues and Cups, and we say well done to:
U/9 Hornets - Joint Keybury League Winners
U/12 Hornets - Liam Daley Memorial Cup Finalists.
U/12 Wasps - Joint Craven League Winners
U/13's Joint Craven League Winners. Craven League Cup Winners.
U/14's Craven League Cup Semi Finalists.
And we are waiting for confirmation that our U/18's have gained Runners Up position in the Craven League.
Not forgetting the Seniors Reserves victory in the Keighley Supplementary Cup Final.
Once again our teams will be holding their Presentation Events at the Clubhouse over consecutive weekends. A bar and refreshments along with the Tuck Shop will be available and several fund raising events will take place.
The programme is as follows:
Friday 15th June; U/15 Hornets and Wasps at 6.30 followed by England v Sweden on the Big Screen - all welcome.
Saturday 16th June; U/7, 2-4pm; U/12 Hornets, 4-6pm; U/11, 6.30 onward.
Sunday 17th June; U/10's, 2-4pm; Soccer Tots and Soccer Camp, 4.30 - 6.30pm
Friday 22nd June; U/18 and U/16, 6.30 - 9pm
Saturday 23rd June; Noon - 3pm, U/8 and U/9; 4-6pm, Girls U/14s; 6.30 onwards, U/13.
We hope to see as many of you as possible to celebrate another fantastic year of achievement for our players and volunteers.
The Club are holding a Fund Raising Sportsmans Dinner on Friday 25th May 2012 at Valley Parade, the home of Bradford City FC. With Dean Saunders, ex Liverpool, Aston villa, Bradford City and Wales international. Also comedian Farrell Butler.

Three members of our U/14 team raised over £1000 for Sport Relief last Saturday when they ran the 10 mile course from Keighley to Skipton.

Oakworth Under 12's booked there final spot with a victory over Bingley 11-5. However, Oaks did not have the best of starts and quickly found themselves 3-1 down. But with shear grit and determination, managed to claw themselves back into the game going in at half timne 5-4 up.. The second half showed the attacking ability of the team, with them quickly establishing a comfortable lead, and ran out convincing winners 11-5. With goals from Man of the match Josh Gott (7), Kieron Blakeley (2), Nathan Storton & Daniel Zafar (1).
The Final will take place against Sutton at Silsden on 22nd April 2012. Kick off 15.00.
